What are Adopt Me values?

Adopt Me values are numbers that show the worth of a pet or item in trades. Adopt Me has no official price list, because Uplift Games doesn’t publish values. So trading sites build their own lists based on how players actually trade. On our list, every value is in points, not Robux or real money. An item worth 400 points is worth about twice as much as one worth 200 points.

Players use Adopt Me trading values to check offers and spot unfair trades before they accept. Each value site uses its own number scale, so the same pet can show a different number elsewhere. Always compare values from the same list. A pet’s version matters too, since Neon, Mega Neon, Fly and Ride pets are usually worth more than plain ones.

How to use this Adopt Me value list

You’ll find every pet and item in the list above. Here’s how to check what yours is worth:

  1. Search for it. Type a name in the search box, like “Frost Dragon”.
  2. Or pick a tab. Tap a tab like Pets, Eggs or Toys to see only those items.
  3. Read the number on the card. That’s the item’s value in points. Bigger numbers mean the item is worth more.
  4. Tap the letters to see other versions. F means Fly, R means Ride, N means Neon and M means Mega Neon. Each one has its own value. Pet cards show the Fly Ride (FR) value first.
  5. Look at the stars. They show how much other players want the item. 5 stars means lots of players want it. 1 star means only a few do.
  6. Change the order with Sort. You can show the cheapest items first, sort them A to Z, or rank them by stars.
  7. Tap “Load more” to see more items.

Some players count values in Frost Dragons or Ride Potions instead of points. Switch the list to Frost or Ride Pot to see values that way. For example, “2 FD” means the item is worth about 2 Frost Dragons.

Seven steps to use the Adopt Me value list: search for it, pick a tab, read the value, tap F, R, N or M, check the stars, sort the list and load more

What NP, F, R, FR, NFR and MFR mean

These short codes tell you what kind of pet someone has. The letters show if the pet is Neon or Mega Neon, and which potions it has.

Every pet can have two potions. Fly potions give a pet wings to fly around. Ride potions let you climb on and ride it around. A pet can have one potion, both, or none.

A pet can also be one of three types: Normal, Neon or Mega Neon. Neon pets glow. Mega Neon pets are the top upgrade, even rarer than Neons.

Here’s what each code means:

CodeWhat it stands forWhat the pet has
NPNo PotionA plain pet with no Fly or Ride potion
FFlyA pet with a Fly potion
RRideA pet with a Ride potion
FRFly RideA pet with both potions
NNeonA Neon pet with no potions
NFRNeon Fly RideA Neon pet with both potions
MMega NeonA Mega Neon pet with no potions
MFRMega Neon Fly RideA Mega Neon pet with both potions

You can mix the letters, too. For example, NF means a Neon pet with a Fly potion, and MR means a Mega Neon pet with a Ride potion.

Put together, every pet has 12 versions:

No potionFlyRideFly Ride
NormalNPFRFR
NeonNNFNRNFR
Mega NeonMMFMRMFR

Each version has its own value on our list. Most of the time, MFR is the version worth the most and NP the least. Tap F, R, N or M on any pet card to see each version’s value.

How our values are made

Our Adopt Me trading values are based on real deals between players, not on anything set by the game. Uplift Games doesn’t publish a price list, so no value site is official, including ours. Adopt Me Values Today is a fan site. It is not made by Uplift Games or Roblox.

We collect trading values from several community sources and turn each one into the same points scale. Then we use the middle value (the median), so one very high or very low number can’t throw off the result. Each item also gets a demand rating from 1 to 5 stars. Treat every value as a guide, not an exact price.

Why Neon and Mega Neon pets are worth more

Neon and Mega Neon pets are worth more because they’re much rarer than normal pets. To make a Neon, you combine fully grown copies of the same pet. To make a Mega Neon, you combine fully grown Neons. Each step uses up many pets, so fewer Neons exist, and even fewer Mega Neons. Rarer pets trade for more, so a Mega Neon is usually the most valuable version.

You can see the jump on our Adopt Me values right now. The Bat Dragon is worth 550 as an FR, 1,273 as an NFR and 3,810 as an MFR. That makes its MFR worth almost 7 times its FR.

What changes an item's value

Values move with supply and demand. These are the main reasons a value goes up or down:

  • Demand. When lots of players want an item, its value goes up. When fewer people want it, the value drops.
  • Rarity. Items that are hard to get are worth more. Pets from eggs that are no longer sold in the game often become rarer over time.
  • Version. Neon, Mega Neon, Fly and Ride versions of a pet are worth more than the plain NP version.
  • New updates. A new update can bring in new pets and items. Players may trade older items for the new ones, which can change what both are worth.
  • Trends. Sometimes a pet becomes popular because players see it in videos or around the game. Trends can push a value up for a while.

Values move all the time, so a price from a few weeks ago may be wrong today. Check the list before every trade.

Tips for safe trading

The safest way to trade is inside Adopt Me’s own trade window. Never give items away first, and never share your account. Follow these tips to keep your pets safe:

  • Only trade in the game’s trade window. The trade window shows both sides before anyone agrees. Never accept a deal where you give first and they “pay you back later”. This is called a trust trade, and it’s how many players lose their pets.
  • Check the final screen before you accept. Some players swap an item at the last second. Look at both sides again before you confirm.
  • Never share your password. No real trader needs it. Our site never asks for your Roblox password. You log in on Roblox’s own page.
  • Don’t trust “free pets” offers. Nobody gives away valuable pets for free. If an offer sounds too good to be true, it’s a scam.
  • Don’t click links from strangers. Fake links can steal your account. Only open sites you already know.
  • Don’t trade for Robux or real money. Trades for Robux, real money or items in other games aren’t protected by the game. You can lose everything and get nothing back.
  • Check values before you trade. Use our list and trade calculator so no one can trick you with fake values.

In our value list, the most valuable pet right now is the Bat Dragon, worth 550 as a Fly Ride (FR). Values change with the trading market, so check back before you trade.
Are these official Adopt Me values?
No. Uplift Games, the makers of Adopt Me, do not publish item values. These are community trading values. We combine several public value lists into one number for each item.
Why do value sites show different numbers?
Each value site uses its own number scale and its own way of setting values. That’s why you should always compare items using the same list.
How often are the values updated?
We update our values when trading values in the community change. Values can move after new updates, events or trends, so check the list before every trade.
